We are committed to fulfilling and shipping your order as soon as possible.

  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date.
  • We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
 Standard US Delivery
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. 
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Box addresses usually arrives within 5 to 9 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 15 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
    Express US Delivery
    • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 1 PM EST will usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days from the shipped date.
    • Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.
    • Express shipping is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

      International Delivery  

      All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please get in touch with your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order.       2. Unclaimed package
      3. Failure to pay duty fees

      MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

      Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (USPS or DHL) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of USPS or DHL Express. J.Studio will not be obligated to handle such issues.
